Once an order has been confirmed and is under preparation or out for delivery, cancellation requests may not be accepted. Due to the nature of food and grocery products, returns are generally not accepted once items have been delivered. However, customers may request a refund or replacement if the delivered product is incorrect, damaged, expired, or significantly different from what was ordered. Any such issue must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery, preferably within 24 hours, along with relevant proof such as photographs.
Refund requests will be reviewed by Nestocart, and if approved, the refund will be processed through the original method of payment. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution but are typically completed within 5 to 7 working days. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or other suitable methods after verification.
Nestocart reserves the right to refuse refund requests in cases where the product has been consumed, tampered with, or where the claim is found to be invalid after review. Minor variations in packaging, taste, or appearance that do not affect product quality shall not be considered valid grounds for refund.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances, Nestocart reserves the right to cancel the order and initiate a full refund to the customer.
